April in Saskatoon has a certain feeling to it. That first stretch of genuinely warm days where you find yourself walking a little slower, taking the long way home, and remembering why you love this city so much. That's kind of where I'm at this month, and I wanted to share a little of that with you.
This spring also feels like a fresh start for me personally. If you've been following along, you know that last year I launched The List - a real estate team built around a vision I'd been sitting on for a while. It's been quite the journey. We grew, we merged with an incredible Calgary based group called The Getty Group, leveled up our systems and training in a big way, and I learned more in those months than I had in years. But even through all of it, I knew something still wasn't quite right. The vision I had for The List was still waiting.
Early 2026, the stars aligned. The List has officially relaunched!! New brokerage, same heart, and finally the space to build exactly what I always imagined. We're calling it the "unteam" team. Less corporate structure, more community. A group of like-minded agents who support each other, share systems that actually work, and still get to brand themselves and run their business their way. I'm really proud of it β and honestly, I'm just getting started.
